To uninstall it, just remove the patch links and patch directory.
To install the patch choose the Bloodlines directory as destination, select wanted features, install and then start the game from the new desktop or start menu links.
This Unofficial Patch runs out of a subfolder so other mods can be run in parallel but applying it to an international version will revert all localizations back to English. In case you weren’t aware of, this is a cumulative patch containing all the previous releases and works with retail and downloadable versions of any kind as the Troika Games official patch 1.2 is included. Modder ‘Wesp5’ has released a new version of the Unofficial Patch for Troika’s Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines.
